We're local EPC assessors, mainly operating in the East Kent area, providing EPCs for Dover, Deal and Folkestone - but we're happy to work further afield. 

The booking process is very simple - just contact us for a quick chat and we'll explain the process, then arrange a visit to conduct the EPC. An email will be sent to you, confirming the booking and a brief summary of the procedure.
