How are EPCs Conducted?

    • Any available loft space
  •  As an energy assessor, we only provide a visual inspection - there's no drilling or taking loft boarding up. Consequently, we can only assess what's visible, and sometimes we will ask for documentation to support the assessment.
  • Once the EPC assessment has been completed, we enter all out findings into the Governmental RdSAP software and create the EPC.
  • The summary of the EPC results will be emailed to you, along with our invoice.
  • After the invoice has been paid, we will upload your EPC to the government's National EPC Register and email the link to you.
